Cooks Who Care Community Cookbook: Entertaining for Mental Health (Philly Edition)
The Cooks Who Care Community Cookbook is a first-of-its-kind filming cookbook project. This book is a compilation of seasonal recipes shared by 25+ chefs, beverage professionals & health experts (most hailing from the Philadelphia area) who are committed to supporting mental health advocacy in the Food & Beverage Industries. Packed with unique tastes & global flavors, it includes home entertaining recipes for cooks of all skill levels. What really sets this project apart is that each recipe is accompanied by an interactive QR code, linking the user to how-to videos from the recipe contributors themselves. Each video was professionally filmed by cinematographer and producer Eric Lovett Jr., and his team at iLovett Films. These demo videos give the reader access to step-by-step instructions from experts in their craft. Taste what the city of Brotherly Love has to offer while supporting the mental health of food service workers. 100% of proceeds benefit food & beverage workers available through our nonprofit partners The Nava Center and Southern Smoke Foundation.
This book is being published as both a print & a digital edition, including interactive how-to videos from the recipe contributors themselves. These videos were filmed and produced by our cinematography partner Eric Lovett Jr., owner of iLovett Films, and his amazing team. The Philly print edition will include interactive QR codes to give the reader access to step-by-step instructions from experts in their craft.
